Prices do not include taxes or delivery
Delivery is subsidized, depending on size of account, order size & pricing category.
We accept VISA, MC, Email-Transfers, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) & Cheques.
The default is pre-payment. If you are regular and we develop a strong rapport and there is a reason to consider alternatives, we can discuss.
This depends on your location, delivery requirements and pricing category. L30 and L40 category have a higher percentage of delivery built into the pricing. L50 subsiies only kick in on orders over $600. The pricing categories are designed to offer the nest package, including delivery rates & subsidies, to match the size & frequency of ordering. See price levels below for more information. Details specific to each individual situation can be discussed when setting up your account.
Timing for Delivery
This will depend on your location. Most of central Ontario has a 1 – 2 day delivery time, QC, MB & SK 2 – 4 days, AB, BC, NB, NS, PEI, NL, or NU can sometimes be 2-3 business days if order is received before noon (EST) on Wednesdays. Since deliveries can be held up due to wather or unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable to leave yourself a buffer.
Deliveries are made to business addresses between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday
If there is a request for restricted hours of delivery, we will always try our best (and often succeed)BUT, if it needs to be guaranteed, additional charges generally are incurred and applied.
Order Cut Off is 12 noon each day
Orders ready to process at 12:00 generally leave our warehouse the following business day. Issues can arise that prevent this from happening on time, such as missing item codes, payment challenges, time restrictions on delivery, timing of inventory, space on truck, route planning, etc.
The minimum order amount for L20 & L30 is $75. The minimum order amount for L40 and L50 is $300.
If an order is rushed AFTER cut off and NEEDS to be leave our warehouse the following day, the warehouse charges a $40 Rush Pick Fee. If you need the delivery service to be expedited, the added delivery fees would depend on the degree of rush, and the # of boxes that are being rushed. Prices can only be determined when we know those 2 factors.
If you have a business operating out of a residential address, an authorization to leave an unattended form must be signed. L50 pricing category has a surcharge for residential addresses as delivery is designed for larger trucks that are not allowed on residential streets. Other pricing categories do not incur a surcharge as orders are smaller and so are the delivery trucks.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and must be unopened, in original packaging and accompanied by an invoice. Making arrangements for a return is the responsibility of the client and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If there is a problem with the product or an error is made on our part, please submit a notice in writing (email) to operations@GreenSupplyHouse.com / cc: email@example.com and one of our drivers will collect the item and provide a prompt refund in full.
